from this picture show you how the FWD fan switch located , and this port is the hot water out port
once we install the engine into RWD car the fan switch will hit the firewall |
so I cut out the fan switch and aluminum welding seal up the hole

the 2 heater port also cut and welding
|
after welding tap and screw in the fan switch at the heater port
|
|
|
|
look at this picture ... the fan switch now clear the firewall , and the cool water inlet & the hot water outlet was join togeter
|
this 2 plates radiator are from AE90 , and the cool water outlet pipe join into the water pump , hot water outlet pipe join into the port below #1 cylinder
picture below are the pipe below #1cylinder , I cut and weld it at the correct angle to join into top radiator hose.
